MasterCard, Discover, and Visa charge cards are accepted or
you may mail a check or money order with your order.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
A flat rate applies for ground shipping
and handling in most instances. Delivery beyond the continental 48 states
or by an alternate delivery service is additional.
Standard Ground Service: $8.50
Most U.S. points can be delivered within seven working days or less from
our central location by Standard Ground UPS, FedEx Ground or U.S. Parcel
Post. This flat rate applies only to delivery points within the 48
continental United States.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories:
Shipped via parcel post. Add 15%
of the total merchandise to cover shipping and handling – $15.00
minimum.
Air or Expedited Shipment (U.S. Customers):
Air shipment or premium
expedited delivery services such as priority mail are available only
to customers placing an order by phone and using a credit card for payment.
The full cost of Shipping is not calculated on-line.
Please call Do-It for actual Shipping and Handling. (319) 984-6055 Flammables such as vinyl
paints and epoxies CANNOT be sent by air because of hazardous material
regulations.
International Shipping Info:
Payment (CANADIAN AND ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS):
Payment
must be made with VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, or with a MONEY ORDER drawn
on a U.S. Bank payable in United States funds. Duty and related fees are
not included. Please note: vinyl paints and epoxies cannot be exported
because of shipping regulations.
Canadian Shipments:
Shipped by Airmail Parcel Post. Add 20% of the total
merchandise for shipping
and handling – $20.00 minimum.
Other International Shipments:
Shipment to a country other than Canada
will involve the following fees:
International Air – add 35% of the total merchandise
for shipping and handling – $35.00 minimum
(Allow 3 - 14 days for delivery)

Metric to Imperial
Conversion: 1 gram = .035273 oz.
Our Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order when
it arrives, you can return unused merchandise for a prompt exchange or
refund.
Unused merchandise purchased directly from Do-it Corporation (not from
a Do-it Dealer) may be returned for exchange or refunded within 30 days
or receipt. An authorization number and the original invoice must be
included with any item returned.
All returns must receive an authorization number from Do-it Corporation.
Please contact Do-it Corporation between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m.
Monday through Friday at 319-984-6055 to receive your authorization number.
- If you have purchased your merchandise from a Do-it Dealer, you will
need to see that dealer for service.
- If we made a mistake on your order,
your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.
- No items will be accepted
for exchange or refund without an authorization number, an original
invoice or later than 30 days after delivery.
Our Warranty:
Do-it molds carry a limited warranty for one year against
defective workmanship and or material when used for the purpose intended,
under normal conditions, and provided they receive proper care. Read
